Ordered this as a gift and it came out great! They loved the gift being able to do a photo that means something to them was great. The item came very well packaged and I have no complaints regarding this.

I bought my girlfriend this for our anniversary and we’ve loved doing it together. The paint is a little thick but some water goes a long way. The design is so cute and looks just like the picture. It’s a really fun and relaxing thing for us to work on. It also came on some pretty sturdy canvas.

I absolutely loved painting both of these! The backgrounds didn’t look super realistic and some of the colors were off, so I had to pull out other paints and redo a lot of the background on both, but the people were spot on!

I have tried many of these paint by number paintings. These companies have designers that wrk with your custom orders. For instance, (example) people know dogs are not pink, blue and purple, yet thats the finished product thats sent to you. I worked with another company over this, Vato, which I felt they were the best of the bad designers. They claim they will relace any painting your not happy with 100 times if necessary, dont buy that. This place isnt Vato, but has alot of the same issues. The spaces are too small and some have no numbers. Some have numbers so small you cannot see it. Its almost as if they have no quality contrl before the product is sent to the customer. Lighter colors are too transparent. You have to cake the paint on to attempt to cover the number, but it still shows through. That ruins the whle picture along with the ther issues. I have done some beautiful paintings, so theres no excuse. In my opinion, if yu purchased this for a child to practice painting on, your good, but if its intended for someone else as a gift or just yourself. Its a hot mess. This is just one company.

I received my picture and not all the colors were there. My cc also got compromised as soon as I made this order. I’m not sure if that’s the culprit but it still happenedSo I’ve now been working on this paint by number and I’m so unhappy w the quality of it. I’ve done numerous paint by numbers and usually the colors blend and there’s lots of different hues of each color. Let’s take the sand in this one: it’s all one color. My hair is NOT black but it’s just solid black w this company. Doesn’t even look like the original picture. Not worth the money I spent and just want a refund. It’s not frameable.

Very impressed in how it came out. Looks like my cat who recently passed away. It's a special keepsake now.

I like the texture of the canvas (smooth but not too smooth) and the way the sections are shaded, so it's easier to tell where one ends and the next begins. Also: the paints seem fresher than in many ready-made kits, probably because for a custom kit they have to be made to order. My kit came with 40 different colors. Minor but much appreciated: the canvas came rolled rather than folded - I like not having to iron out wrinkles. (5/10/23 I'm on my third custom paint-by-number kit. Very happy with this company.
