I was recommended to this for sleep issues and it has made a difference

We’ve just had a baby who is 15 weeks so sleep is disrupted every night. My husband has always been a fidget and an active dreamer so also very disruptive at night. We both Started taking these two days ago and I’ve noticed he moves less at night already and I wake up feeling more rested despite being woken up probably 6 times last night which ordinarily would make me feel terrible.

This magnesium really works! I’ve noticed a big improvement in my sleep – I fall asleep easier and wake up feeling more rested. The bisglycinate form is very gentle on the stomach, no discomfort at all. The only downside is that the capsules are a bit large, but still easy enough to swallow. Overall, very satisfied and would recommend.

I find that this brand of Magnesium Bisglycinate does contribute to a better sleep for me. 4 January 2026
