The image quality is amazing. Pictures turn out very vibrant and clear. It’s so easy to send pictures from your phone directly to the device in a matter of moments. You can send one or several at once, placing comments and adjusting each picture. It also supports videos, and you can mute the volume so it won’t be a distraction on a regular basis. The frame size is a perfect size. I bought a couple for my household to display both horizontal and vertical pics as best as possible. You can change the frame orientation by simply rotating the frame and it will automatically adjust itself. Considering other brands, it’s pretty affordable! Well worth the money if you want to display several pics and vids!

I purchased this frame for my mother's 85th birthday so friends and family around the USA could send pictures to it of memories throughout the year. It was set on the table with the birthday cake. Everyone loved this idea! It was my mom's favorite gift. Unfortunately, after 7 months the touch screen stopped working. I emailed customer service and luckily got Abby. Abby helped me get the pictures off the frame to a sde card and then sent me a new frame. I was able to upload all the photos so nothing was lost. Customer service was very quick and helped resolve my problem. I would recommend this frame to anyone who wants to preserve memories. And it's a great addition to a birthday party!!

Loaded 28 Gig on 32 Gig unit. Works great for about a day and a half then it freezes on an image. Can turn off, restart and it will show pictures for a day and a half. Tried to get technical support with two attempts with chat and one with e-mail and never got a response. Apparently there is no technical support.

Frame freezes 40% of time upon daily startup requiring manual fix. Frequent inability to connect to WiFi and then won’t play slideshow even when photos downloaded. Customer service number unfamiliar with product and hung up on me. Frame worked well at first. Now past return point. Amazon is becoming EBay - filled with trash products. Set-up was simple. I see two drawbacks to this frame. One is the inability to batch upload from a computer; since you need to upload from an app on your phone, the go around here is to upload photos to your one/google drive and transfer that way. The second is a quite loud chiming noise that rings periodically throughout the day despite the volume being turned off and the frame asleep. I may solve this by plugging an extra pair of earphones into the jack so it isn't disruptive. The frame I received is AiMor, not AEEZO.

The frame is large enough to see your photos. The software is intuitive, but there isn't much in the way of instructions. Having worked with a different frame brand, this is what I like: I can adjust the focal point of my image from my phone before I load it. I can delete photos easily, which wasn't the case with another brand. I have more options to adjust the viewing time of each photo. I can edit the title of photos from within the frame. I can hang it on the wall or stand it on a counter, horizontal or vertical. I can add 9 photos at one time. You can add video if they are 3 seconds minimum in length.

Easy to load photos, just have to reboot more than I would like

I bought this for my grandmother, whose eyesight is poor. It is large enough that she can look at the photos from 10-15 feet away. She watches it for hours. Photos are easy to add once you set up a free account with the app. I like that it doesn’t have to be connected to Wi-Fi to display photos. It also plays short video clips. If I buy another digital picture frame, I will be buying this one.

My old one died. I had contacted customer support and they didn't think it could be fixed. (it was 4 years old). I had purchased two other brands and did not like them. This company offered me a 20% refund if I repurchased their product again. I did, it works great, and they promptly sent me the refund. Great product.

Es ist sehr einfach die Fotos oder kurze Videoclips direkt vom Handy auf den Rahmen zu schicken. Auch das nachträgliche Umbenennen der Fotos direkt auf dem Rahmen ist absolut kein Problem. Auch ist es möglich, direkt von unterwegs Fotos an den Rahmen zu schicken. Wurde innerhalb der Familie begeistert begutachtet und direkt ein eigener Fotorahmen bestellt.
