This isn't my first purchase of this stuff. Makes your cheeks slide like a dolphins high five. It works in ride well taking the edge off of a long ride, so you don't feel like someone was using you as a glove puppet. Also this stuff can be applied post ride helping cool & soothe the boys or the wizards sleeve. Read the fine print! It can be used as lip balm but don't use the same tub that's used for diablos train ride. Not nice having menthol, marmite lips.

Happy bottom bum butter is the best there is! I’ve been a road cyclist for many, many years and I’ve always struggled with getting saddle sores due to friction. I’ve tried virtually every brand of chamois cream out there but never found the perfect solution. I’ve now been using Happy Bottom Bum Butter for many years now and get it on subscription from Amazon every few months. I recently had an issue with one pot where it had changed in consistency and was difficult to apply. I reached out to the company directly and they explained that sometimes if the pots aren’t stored at the right temperature the consistency can change but all I needed to do was put it in the microwave to melt it a little. This did the trick but despite this the company sent me another pot as well. Can’t complain at that! If you’re still struggling with saddle sores give this a try, your bum will thank you for it.
