Hori Hori Garden Knife with Sheath Stainless Steel Weeding Tool for Gardening Weeding, Planting and Digging

This is very large and heavy duty. Very useful in the garden. Every time I use it, I think I have to paint it orange or red because it’s brown and I will loose it among my garden waste. Excellent tool along with a holder.

I love it, it's beautiful. Only thing I am sad about is that it didn't include the leather band that would go through the end holes. But that wasn't advertised with the product so it's not their fault. But it would be an insanely nice touch to a nice product if you add it.Half the tools and equipment I have ordered off Amazon had issues.. like scissors that were bent and gapped at the tip. With this there isn't even a scuff mark. Product was delivered timely, well packaged and I can't wait to use it.

Solid tool with a good grip handle. After digging weeds for several hours, my hands were not beat up. My blade is sharp enough. You are going to be digging in dirt of various hardnesses, that will eventually dull any blade especially if it was razor sharp, it's not a knife.. I'm very, very happy with my purchase and I highly recommend.

I have purchased several similar "gardening knives" in the past, but all of them have broken. I ordered this one hoping that the extra cost would equate to a solid tool that wouldn't break. I think I have found what I was looking for. I haven't had a chance to use this extensively yet, but it is clearly VERY solid. It has a lot of heft which means I can put a lot of pressure on the big roots, plus it has the serrated edge, and finally it's full tang. The carrying case is a nice extra to have.If I end up disappointed for any reason I will update this review.Update: I have had lots of opportunity to test this tool this Spring. It is holding up very well. Everything I was hoping for.

Built like a tank and cheaper than other options of equal quality. Nice and large with a sharp edge to cut roots. The handle is very comfortable and the thickness of the steel blade is great, absolutely no bending even when prying. The wood handle is nice and the ability to tighten the screws is a nice touch.

Been laying siege on some callery pear that have sprouted up everywhere in my garden beds, and this little baddie digs them up and decimates them well. Solid grip, belt clip is a little wonky if you are using a less stiff belt material.

Handle rattled upon receiving it due to insufficiently tightened screws. Tightening it can be a problem since you need 2 tiny Torx screw drivers to tighten it, where most people will have at most 1.Secondly though, there was a noticeable gap between the handle and the blade as seen in the pictures. I returned it since I didn't want to deal with stuff constantly getting wedged in there.The replacement had identical rattling issues. There was no gap this time, but there was a noticeable notch chipped out of the top of the handle (not pictured). It was only cosmetic, and I otherwise liked the blade, so I kept it.Considering I had back to back issues with the handles though, I could only recommend this if you have 2 Torx sets on hand to fix it yourself, and like what you see enough to bother. I do actually like the blade though.

The best tool.!! I bought one and had to buy my mom one. Be careful very sharp cut myself already
