High Quality Gazebo that Assembles Nicely, but not Quickly.
I recently completed the assembly of this 12'X14' Gazebo. I purchased it last year but it took me longer than I expected to prep my deck where the gazebo was getting installed. I assembled it mostly by myself. I just had my wife hold some longer pieces while I secured one end. I only needed her help two times for less than five minutes each time. I did take me a while to complete the assembly. I had an 8 foot step ladder which is a required item for a mostly one person assembly. I think I spent 4 days at about 5 hours a days but I wasn't working hard and took my time. I'm retired so I have that luxury. I was able to decipher the instructions fairly well. I was amazed at how well all the pieces fit together. I read the reviews on here prior to assembling this and was prepared for a much more difficult process. I did see some comments about some screws being too short. I did not find this to be the case. I think the problem was that those people did not properly select the appropriate screws according to one of the diagrams. The diagram that shows the screw types for the roof panels is kind of confusing and I did make a mistake but then went back to the diagram and made a change. The diagram was correct but I just didn't correctly interpret the first time. Once I did, all the screws fit well. Other than that, the process was pretty straight forward but it was time consuming. Once completed, I was really pleased with the sturdiness and overall quality. Kudos to the designers of this unit for making a quality piece that is easy to assemble. It is easy to assemble but not quick to assemble. I would not tackle this project unless you have mechanical assembly ability and if not find someone who does. I am in Massachusetts and we do sometimes get heavy snow in my area. The roof seems sturdy enough to handle moderate amounts of snow but if a big storm is expected I will probable run a propane heater inside to melt it as it falls or pull the snow off the roof with a snow rake if it gets to deep. The way the roof is designed, I think the snow will be easy to slid off. The sides and bug screen seemed well made and are much better than previous canvas topped gazebos I have owned. The way they are attached to and slide along the frame is much better also. All in all, I am quite satisfied with the unit and I would highly recommend it.

Erommy Gazebo 12x20
Would definitely recommend. Boxes shipped in 7 boxes 1 box came the day after the first 6. I think it had been on the truck but was missed. We layed all the parts out on the garage floor so they'd be easy to see as needed. Each part labeled perfectly. My man and I put this together ourselves, so two people for 2 1/2 weekends. 5 days of hard labor. Went through each page of the picture only manual very slowly and carefully, once studied it made sense. Clips for the roof panel edges were exteremely challenging. We crimped them and they still fell out, so after a lot of frustration, some roof panels are missing clips which doesn't seem to affected much, so far. Roof panels kept sliding out as we were trying to line up the next section to install, so we discovered a light screw (from a page ahead), helped until a section was ready to be installed and tightened. We kept all screws in lightly until each side was in and ready to be screwed in tight. This allowed for some play in each part. Screw holes lined up perfectly and there are a lot of them. Only two holes at the very end needed a drill to be enlarged. All parts plus extra screws came with it except the 3 hooks for the top so you can hang things from them. No big deal. Curtains fit perfectly and work well and quality made. We've had heavy rain since install and all were getting is edge drips from the clips on the edges which a bit of silicone will take care. Very sturdy, great quality, should last a very long time. Extremely pleased. Someone said take it slow, absolutely right, so worth it I n the end. Highly recommend!

Amazing gazebo, difficult setup.
(Overall review at the bottom) Shipping: The gazebo came in three boxes, with 2 shipments from FedEx. The two shipments were about one week apart, and all of the boxes had arrived within ~2 weeks after ordering. The boxes are about 100 pounds a piece, so be ready to receive and move them around, especially if you don’t have a helpful delivery driver and/or won’t be home during arrival. Setup: We had a team of three people to setup this gazebo, and it took about 10 hours over 2 hot days. We had a power drill ready with bits (a 4mm hex, 6mm hex, and a “medium” Phillips bit), and I would not at all recommend setting up this gazebo without them. The hand tools provided are helpful in pinch, but are simply not sufficient for complete assembly (though this is not at the fault of the seller). At least 2 people and a couple different height ladders were also necessary, especially when assembling the roof. The manual is very helpful, and no extra instruction was needed, it seems as though the manufacturer has taken care to note places where problems can occur and how to avoid them. The initial frame is very easy to setup, and everything goes together very well. Some of the pieces had to be shuffled a bit to get everything to fit properly given the tolerances, and everything is definitely easier to put together if you wait to tighten parts until right before moving to the next step. The roofing sheets are by far the most difficult step, as they are sharp, get very hot in the sun, and the clips are worthless without some extra modifications. NOTE: If you have a punch, it was incredibly helpful to lightly punch the clips into the metal sheets so that they do not slip off the sheets as easily. Before attempting to punch them, it took multiple attempts to put up one of the sides of the roof. Getting all of the holes, spacers, and bolts was very time consuming and at times frustrating, but the payoff was absolutely worth it. Missing parts and customer service: We realized that a part was missing during assembly. The missing part was a clip to keep the curtain hangers from sliding off the rails where they are inserted, and we were able to set the entire gazebo up without them. Customer service was very quick to sort out why the part may have went missing and were even faster in replacing them. Once shipped, the parts only took 3 days to arrive in the US(Michigan) from China. I am very confident that should any other issues arrive or a part become damaged, it would be easy to order a replacement, which is important given the average life of curtains and screens in gazebos like this. Overall: We have had the gazebo for a couple weeks as of writing this review, and we love it. It handles rain very well, and it has handled mild winds as well so far (it is anchored to a wooden deck). I will definitely update this review after stronger storms and the Michigan winter, but I am not concerned about its durability currently. While the price is substancial and the setup is very difficult, the gazebo is definitely worth it. I can not in good conscience give it 5/5 stars given the difficult setup, originally missing parts, some counterintuitive designs (especially involving the roof), and some loose tolerances that result in some minor visual defects given the price point, but I believe that a 4/5 is fair. This may change after we see how it stands up to a full 4 seasons of weather, but I would definitely recommend this gazebo so long as you are up for the challenging setup.

Aluminum composite canopy longest panels sag. DON'T BUY THEY DO NOT SUPPORT THEIR PRODUCT
Update: we have communicated to Erommy that we would like to buy replacement panels to fix the sagging roof and asked about supports for the top. They have informed us they cannot sell us any parts to fix the roof. Now we have a gazebo with a roff that leaks and is falling apart. We are very displeased with this situation and don't know how we are going to be able to fix the roof panels. The frame of this gazebo is very sturdy and good quality. We purchased the aluminum composite canopy gazebo 12' x 16'. There are two long panels in the roof on either side that don't have any support at the top. We noticed that the long panels began to sag and this winter have now popped out of the frame on one side of the roof. We are concerned that the other two will pop out soon too. I have sent a message to Erommy to see what we can do even though we bought the gazebo March of 2024. I think if I was to purchase one again I would consider the galvanized roof or one that was supported better. It does show in one of the pictures the underside of the roof and shows there are supports for those long panels and we never had any.

Wouldn't recommend, but it's ok
We love having this 12'x20' gazebo now that it's almost done, but it took a lot of frustration to get here. We almost didn't finish and wanted to give up when it came to the panels up top. Over a period of many days, with help from 5 other people besides the two of us, we managed to get it far enough to use - although there are still many holes on the top covered with alien tape because the screws (mislabeled and some others missing btw) weren't long enough to go all the way through, probably due to small shifts in the overall structure causing things not to line up precisely enough. We have yet to put in the longer bolts that we got ourselves. I'd assume all large structures like this would have the same issues and difficulty assembling, but for this particular one I can say there were too many times that we were stuck dealing with annoying mechanical problems to solve, for some reason or another. I have nothing to compare the experience to, having never done a gazebo this size, but for sure I've never struggled so much with any other boxed assembly. I put an iron grill gazebo together once completely on my own without any problems, for what that's worth.

Absolutely impressed!
I purchased the 12x20 gazebo and I am thoroughly impressed. I just finished putting the gazebo together and my first impressions are that it is perfect for what I payed for it. I spent the better half of a week putting it together ( I took my time, it could be done quicker) the building process was super easy and the instructions were super clear and precise. I anchored it to my patio using concrete screws and so far it survived its first storm. Again this is my first impression after completing the build. I plan to do an additional review after having the gazebo for some time but as of now I am super happy. My only complaint is the anchors that are used to hold the roof panels in. The anchors are only plastic squares pressed into the ends of the roof support beams. I would have liked these to be anchors be welded metal. But again overall I am happy with the gazebo

Sturdy Gazebo - very pleased!
Most people are quoting 8 hours assembly with three people. It took us 10-12 with 2 adults and a preteen with the roof being the hardest part. (YOU NEED 2-3 ppl for the roof!) My husband put the base together by himself. Some of the instructions were numbered a bit off and no written instructions but we figured it out. It’s like IKEA picture type instructions with no words. It’s beautiful once up and even better once we’ve put up smart lights, an echo dot for music, and two fans. The privacy curtains and mosquito netting are a great value. We LOVE IT and are spending most of the summer evenings in there. It’s sturdy and a great neutral color for any home. Looking to see how it does with the rainy weather in the PNW. The customer service was great as we were missing a few items and some parts of the curtains roughed up in transit. All parts were replaced quickly. Tip: Wait for the 7 boxes before you start laying it out and unpacking. ROOF: put the middle horizontal bars for the roof up first as you do each side so the panels will stay up for the roof when you are setting them or sliding them in the channels. And forget the tools included. Power tools and a wrench made it go faster. We put magnetic curtain weights (from Amazon) on some of the mosquito netting to keep it from blowing around so much. Allen and Roth Bronze fans (Amazon and Lowe’s) are a perfect color match and don’t sway. We put it on a smart power strip to control it and the gazebo lights with Alexa but some people have used a plug/remote control since these are high up and done have a remote.
