Silikomart - Air mat Eclair & choux Silicone mat 300 x 400 mm

To be honest this is my fourth buy of Silikomart - Air mat Eclair & choux Silicone mat! and the first three mats that I had are still in good shape. Still, like a brand new although I'm using it like my workhorse.

I have been making cream puffs and eclairs for many years and always struggle with them getting soggy or deflating no matter how many tiny holes I poke in them but this mat solved all my problems immediately. Pastry comes out perfectly crisp and hollow, ready for filling. Doesn’t deflate at all. Just perfect and I wish I got them sooner. The size is perfect too. I’ve also used the circular design to make macarons, make sure you only pipe as large as the smaller inner circle or maybe even slightly less and the batter spreads out when you tap them to remove air bubbles unless you want giant macarons.

Mata z dwóch stron posiada dwa różne wzory ułatwiające wypiek ciastek. Ciasto w ogóle nie przykleja się do maty. Sama w sobie posiada otwory, które ułatwiają dopływ gorącego powietrza wgłąb ciastek. Świetny produkt.
