You Buy It, You Own It
It works some what. I need to purchase new Control Strips and you cannot find them anywhere. Yes. you can buy test strips, but no where can you find the Control Strips. You cannot get help with the product. They never answer emails. You buy, it is yours to deal with

Need 10 UL (0.01 ml) pipettes like the ones that came with the meter. Can't find them here.
Not working for me after I used all the 10 ul (0.01ml) pipettes it came with. Pipettes I was able to order here are too large and the amount of blood applied to the strip is vital for accuracy. By the time I used up the small supply of pipettes that came with the meter it is too late to return it all. Second meter I've bought that was made in China. I'll just have to give up and go to the hospital lab weekly or call an ambulance if I get too weak.
