Ok, if you want your smart home lighting to be bulletproof, this seems to be the one to get. It uses its own controller, which you plug into your network somewhere. The switches are easy to install, as much effort as any other smart switch. But man, does it work great and it's been rock solid bulletproof. It's a little more expensive than the others that are WiFi only (how you gonna turn your lights on when your WiFI goes out?) and the switch feels like quality. Highly recommended.

I love that these do not require a neutral wire since I live in an older home that doesn't have them. These were perfect to smarten up my home. Install only took a couple of minutes. My only complaint is not specifically about this dimmer, but about Lutron. It would be great if they offered a non-Dimmer option that doesn't require neutral as well.

Took exactly one try to wire up, install the app, install the smart hub, connect the app to the smart hub, add a switch and the Pico remote to the app, and operate. Everything worked great. Am not much of a handyman with electrical stuff, but have replaced bad outlets in the past. So I was pleasantly surprised that everything worked just fine on the first try.Was even able to install a second switch for a light operated by two separate switches on different ends of the room; I opted for a single Lutron dimmer switch in one location, while keeping the existing dumb switch in the second location. While this does require re-wiring the dumb switch, the Lutron-provided video guided me through with minimal issue (I did goof this one on the first try, but totally my fault, as the video clearly explained what to do and I just messed it up...but then it was no issue at all to realize what I had done and correct it). I then added this second switch to the app in 15 seconds, easy peazy.This is my first experience with Lutron products, and I love the fact that I didn't need to run a neutral wire to any junction box or hire an electrician at all. Highly recommend!

Upgrading home to be more "smart" and this reliable, functional, easy to use, capable device was exactly what I was looking for. Have someone constantly leaving lights on? Forgot to turn lights off before bed and don't want to get up? Want to wake up to lights already on and not having to search in the dark? This product is for you. The capabilities are endless with integration with smart homes. Create schedules, scenes, remotely turn off/on, this device does it all.

These are excellent switches. I really like how they evolved from the complex multi-button predecessor. These are sleek, easy to use, and “normal” which is important for adoption of home automation tech. Non-techies will intuitively understand how to use it.

The system works great, was easy to set up, and seamlessly integrated with some Caseta switches I already had without the hub. The app works great but takes a lot of button presses to get to the light controls. I only wanted a single light control on the app so there should be the option to toggle it on the home screen with a single press if that's how I want them laid out. Surprisingly, using the included remote is the slowest method to turn them on with a good 1-3 second delay before the lights turn on. Overall very happy and the price wasn't too unreasonable for a long-running name brand

Love the Caseta line, they work well and are easy to set up. The package that includes the hub is a great way to start, at a price much less that buying the components separately.

I've had great success with other Lutron products, but this is the first time I've taken the step up to their smart switches. I was replacing another not-to-be-named overly complicated smart switch primarily because their user interface was confusing beyond belief. This was a pleasure to install. I installed the dimmer switch, then the hub, then the remote. A bit more than I needed, but the installation was effortless and their software was refreshingly easy to use. Thanks.
