Very sturdy and well made.
I bought this mainly for low back pain. Doing stretches with this ball has been helping strengthen my lower back in less than a week. It is very durable and is the perfect size.

Good size for at home use

It's just OK
The ball works like any other, as I use it mainly when sitting at my desk. I do have to pump it up with air about every two days. Not sure if this a normal thing of not.

Just what I needed
This took less than 5 mins to "manually" pump up with the provided hand pump. Read the directions - the first fill should be about 2/3, then let it rest to settle for a bit before final fill. I havent had any issues with leaks, over time any ball will need "touch up fills" It is a solid sphere working well for exercise.

A little small but gets the job done
Ball is a little smaller than expected. It is supposed to inflate to 18" but it seems like it doesn't really want to get bigger than 17". Other than that, works fine. Have used it for basic stretching exercises and that's it so far.
