Unable to set up
Why did you pick this product vs others?: I am having hard time setting up the audio box into my laptop. You have to register the product before you can use it. Also, there is a lot of things to consider like install the software of the PreSonus, install universal control and everything. It’s really pain in the ass. Til now I didn’t figure it out, so the microphone and the headphone aren’t working yet before the audio box is recognized by the universal control. If I only knew that this makes me so hard to set up the device, I might not purchase this.
