Q: Will these fit 07 Dodge Ram 1500

does it list a dodge in the description if it does than they should, I would think that Bilstein would make a shock to fit a 07 Dodge Ram it might have a different listing for them.

Q: Does it come with new bolts and nuts for mounting?

No I used the ones that mounted my old shocks. My truck was 15 years old and the shocks unbolted just fine and the bolts were just fine for reuse.
