The media could not be loaded. The stools are easy to assemble and are excellent quality. They fit perfectly under my counter, so they are out of the way. Very sturdy. Only issue is I wish the metal foot plates went around the whole foot rest. All in all excellent purchase.

I ordered 5 of these stools. One came with a leg that was not cut correctly, but I emailed the manufacturer and they sent out a new leg right away. Great customer service.

One of the legs had an off-centered hole for the bolt. I emailed the person that handles issues, filled out the form, sent pictures and gave my contact info including my cell number, never heard from them. Horrible customer service.

This is an attractive stool which I had to return because I could not get the swivel mechanism to move at all. I was not even able to get the stool assembled, as I needed to move the swivel mechanism before I could fully assemble this stool.
