This product is fake. It is generic conditioner not shampoo.

I’ve always appreciated the formulas of Aveda products over the years. This one is new. Yet to see how it’ll work in the long run as the formula “scalp benefits” disappeared. Will see after my supply runs out and report back on effectiveness. Very expensive products, but usually a lot of value for its effectiveness. Curious about cheaper formulas with same past results.

This is the second time I have received the product. The first time the product had no protection measures, the bottle cap broke and the shampoo inside leaked out. This time, the product also has no protection measures at all, and the shampoo flows out completely. Can the manufacturer improve it?
