Cold Brew Organic Coffee Beans, Colombian Supremo, Dark Roast, 1 LB, Whole Bean Coffee for Cold Brewing

I just made my first batch of cold brew with this coffee and love it! The roast level and grind size are ideal, and this beats other brands of coffee I’ve used for this process in the past. I also appreciate that it is organic. It’s smooth and delicious and makes an excellent Vietnamese iced coffee, which is my favorite way to enjoy it. I will definitely be purchasing more.Update: I’ve reordered this coffee multiple times since my first review and still love the taste and quality! It’s become a true staple in my house.

Oh boy, here goes...a coffee review. I am feeling a bit intimidated. I am not super picky about coffee, but I know what I like, and I drink it black so it has to taste good to me. I got two bags of cold brew coffee to compare and this one was far better than the other one I tried. It makes a nice, non-bitter coffee with full flavor (for reference, I like Starbucks Sumatra for hot coffee). I use a french press for cold brew, so my recipe is one cup of grounds, fill it up with cold water (about 4 cups), and let it sit on the counter for 24 hours before pressing and putting the coffee in the fridge. Once I left it for 48 hours (oops) and it didn't seem any the worse for it.

We tried ColdBrew Labs coffee at a friend’s house and liked it enough to buy our own.CBL has a good flavor and isn’t over complicated in its preparation.From the few times that we have had it at our friend’s house as well as the times we have made it at home it seems to be rather consistent from bag to bag.I don’t give a 5 star for value on money as I feel that all cold brew coffee costs more than it should due to hype or niche marketing since cold brew is essentially just a corse ground coffee that you steep rather than brew. This isn’t just CBL it’s all cold brew coffees. I do however give it 4 stars for money to value since CBL is one of the better priced and valued ones in my opinion.If you are a fan of cold brew or want to try tour hand at making tour own I would suggest this coffee. They do have other varieties and products as well on their full website. Some of those additional products are on amazon as well.

I switched to cold brew for health reasons. I really did not want to give coffee up completely so cold brew was a option. This particular coffee comes in a coarse grind that is perfect for cold brew right out of the bag. Water flows through it without difficulty, resulting in a rich tasting cup of coffee. I've come to like it with lactose free milk and ice, but its just as good warmed up to freshly brewed temperature. Its cost is reasonable 2 cups of coffee grounds makes 8 cups of concentrated coffee. It does stand up to milk, and melting ice.

Due to the quarantine I wasn’t able to go to Starbucks to get my morning cold brew anymore. Working from home, I needed a way to continue getting my morning caffeine fix. I purchased a cold brew pitcher and Amazon recommended these coffee grinds. Being the sheeple I am, I took Amazon’s advice and bought it. I am so pleased with the refreshing flavor of these coffee grinds when used with the cold brew pitcher. It tastes so natural and still has enough caffeine to kick my brain into gear in the morning. (Absolutely not a morning person.) Right after I wake up and shower I drink a tall glass of this brew and am happy and ready for the day. I’m really glad I made this purchase.

Really solid cold brew. I did a taste test with this and three other cold brews and this was my favorite (hubby picked a more fruity/bright coffee). This coffee is a nice well-rounded coffee coffee, you know? No hints of whatever, just coffee. It is good black or with milk and is now my go-to for cold brew.

I've tried a few other cold brew blends from Amazon and they typically all taste/smell the same. This was the first order I received where I could smell the coffee grounds before opening the package. I find I don't have to use nearly as much to brew a strong batch of cold brew, and the flavor is great. Low acidity, perfect flavor for cold brew, and so aromatic. I've been using oat milk and brown sugar when I'm having a sugar craving and highly recommend trying it! I will absolutely continue buying my grounds for cold brew from this brand.

I love good coffee and have had it all over the world. I've come to enjoy cold brewed and although it is kinda messy to make, its worth it to me. Its less expensive than my wife's "pods" and since I make a big jug when I make it - its always ready to heat up. It is also supposed to be more healthy than cooked coffee. I use the grounds for my garden after I make the coffee. I also add more water to the used grounds - about half as much - and extend the grounds for further economy. Its just as good.
