The mat is very grippy and it doesn't have a weird feel to it like some mats I've tried. It's also one of the thickest mats I've used. I really like the handy carrying strap. These mats rarely get grubby or start to smell and I don't have to clean them too often. Good things, it is sticky, it has a carry strap. It does not unroll fully as you always have to roll it up the same way to get the straps to close. Its part of the design that they are attached to the mat, which is clever in a way, annoying in other ways. I would rather have a simple mat with nothing attached.
