I love the grip strength trainer. It even comes with a counter so you can track how many reps you get with each hand. It also comes with more than one way to work your grip strength. Great product for a great price!

I used these for a week on max strength and I crank out about 500-1000 in an 8 hr shift.After I could hear my skin sound like stretching leather and my grip was good.

At 1:00 pm on 7/27, the Amazon update on where the delivery driver is said "YOU ARE THE NEXT STOP"At 5:55 of the same night the update is "The driver needs to make a fewmore stops on the way"."Stops"?? The driver was the next street over 4+ hrs prior to that last update!I'm in no rush but.....what was he/she doing for 4+ hrs? Hmmmmm?I'll update this review when I get the item. I'm sure it's a good item!UPDATE.....SAME DAY!This IS in deed a great item!! Used it for 15 minutes and already feel a difference. Comes with a little squeeze egg for stress and a finger exerciser. The hand piece has a resettable counter and tension up to 12lbs. Get one! WORTH THE $$

So far so good. Does what it says it's going to do. My hands do feel stronger allowing my wrists.

Everything else worked great besides the finger stretcher. snapped on my third day of using. Also, the grip master counter is only visible from one side so when you switch hands, the counter is hard to count when you can’t see it
