I’ve been using BioGaia Gastrus and it’s one of the best probiotics I’ve tried. The chewable tablets are convenient and taste pleasant, making them easy to take every day. This is amazing for tooth infection, I chewed it on the tooth and the pain and abscess swelling went away. I have a root canal that needs redoing as I can't afford dentist and no NHS I've had no choice but to suffer it, this is keeping infection at bay. I didn't buy it for this reason only realised afterwards that it sorted that issue out

Bought them because I had an antibiotic treatment for stomach infection and doctor said to get probiotic supplements. Improved my digestion greatly, had normal stool taking these on daily basis. What I am surprised about is that while normally probiotics come in capsules, these are chewables and mandarin flavoured. The only cons is that the price is a bit high for only 30 in a pack, so no 5 stars, but I give a strong 4.

Absolutely fantastic product. I bought these after reading about how L Reuteri is beneficial for your mouth microbiome and I needed all the help I could get to help heal my mouth after a root canal. These have genuinely really helped, I could feel it healing well after I started using these.

Great product

Bought these to make L. Reuteri yogurt which I've made countless times before with other brands of probiotic. These ones did not work. After 36hrs in my yogurt maker the milk was still just milk, no yogurt at all. I conclude from this that these tablets contain no live bacteria and I've just wasted £25. It seems plenty of others have also had this issue. Considering how expensive the BioGaia brand is, this is very disappointing.
