Arrived in five days, with standard shipping, about two weeks before it was due. Very heavy, great quality, the mechanism is strong and it looks exactly like the real thing, until the comb comes out. The comb itself works fine. All in all, a great product.

Very cool, very fast and obviously easy to use just sometimes it doesn't full click into place, and it came in close to no packaging.

The finish means it tugs on your beard, it catches the hairs with sharp square edges

Ok, these went nowhere near any hair!Bought for conversion into stage props for productions of West Side Story and The Ladykillers.They open with a nice snap, the comb teeth are robust. The teeth are cut very square - not so good as a comb, but great for filling in (coloured epoxy adhesive, in case you were wondering).The whole thing seems quite robust, and so far have proved to be cast-proof (actors are the bane of a prop-maker's life!)I will probably buy some more for stock.

Bought 3 of these about 2 and 1/2 years ago. One was for a gift and the other 2 for myself, in different colours! They have been absolutely brilliant and I am back to order another batch as the current lot are coming to end of life! Amazing for my beard and always a great conversational piece (especially with door staff and the odd policeman!). Now, when I say they are coming to end of life, I reckon as a comb for my beard, they are used 15-20+ times a day. As something to keep my hands busy, I reckon they get flicked open and closed hundreds of times a day. They are end of life as one has a cracked handle from being dropped too many times and the others bar that stops the blade at its farthest opening point has finally snapped! Would and have on many occasions, recommended!

Product arrived and looked great and solid, so initially very pleased but it first broke after one day - less than 24 hours - we managed to repair it but it broke again on the second day and is now beyond repair. 2 days of use, utterly ridiculous and most disappointing. Not ever sure it's worth getting a replacement. If the quality is that poor, it'll break as well.
