Very handy item
I have weak knees and ankles, so I put this against the wall and my back against this to practice standing up, squatting down, standing up squatting down. It is strengthening the muscles in around my knees and ankles.

Good product but difficult to fill. Takes a hugh amount of air which is good. Problem is that there isn’t a “check valve” to retain the air when you rest while filling it initially.

Very sturdy and well made.
I bought this mainly for low back pain. Doing stretches with this ball has been helping strengthen my lower back in less than a week. It is very durable and is the perfect size.

Lengthy inflation compared to others.
Difficult to inflate due to wrinkles from being folded in box. Had to inflate some and then wait a day or 2 for the wrinkles to settle before completing inflation. Material allows for faster air leakage. Does come with 2 plugs and a plug removal tool.
