Returned as didnt work with Godox main flash heads
Unfortunately returned it as didn't trigger my Godox heads - hence cant give a proper review - however very similar to the Godox one i have. Looks like it is just rebranded, maybe software difference who knows.

Superb defused flash
Arrived bit late but well worth the wait. Charged the batteries and inserted in the flash gun. I have Nikon D850 and Nikon Speedlight 910 and always struggled with flash. This flash, initial testing after batteries charged the results were superb. So far well satisfied

Premium manufactured flash kit
This is a speedlite flash kit from NEEWER that is compatible with a range of canon cameras, most of which are listed in the product listing, view the list and check compatibility with your camera before purchasing. Also please note that i personally am in no way a professional or even amateur grade photographer, my experience with such items is relatively small so apologies in advance for any omissions, that said we all have to start somewhere and on with this review....Item arrives in a nicely branded box with insert comprised of a premium foam moulding, which attests to the premium quality of the product contained within, the kit contains two rechargeable battery packs, the battery dock, three pin Usb mains adapter and Usc type c charging cable along with the actual roundhead flash and a comprehensive instruction booklet. The product along with the accompanying peripherals contained withing the boxed packaging are of premium quality, everything feels well manufactured and weighty without being excessively so, all items are on par with more expensive branded products.Installing the flash onto a compatible camera is remarkably straightforward, just a matter of clipping it to the top of your camera and you're up and running, however the process like everything else is explained in detail in the thoroughly comprehensive instruction booklet that is also contained within the box.The flash has capacity to work wirelessly although this requires a transmitter, this is something that i personally do not own, therefore currently I have it connectively attached to my DSLR camera and once mounted the flash unit will be triggered by the camera shutter. The flash has capacity to work in both master and slave modes, in slave mode the flash can be triggered from a transmitter or from another flash that is in already master mode, in master mode the flash has capacity to trigger other flashes. The speedlite has 76Ws flash power enabling you to get plenty of exposure to your subject over long distances, with the circular flash head design delivering a soft, natural lighting effect with even light distribution. In use this product wields great results, the difference can be light and day (pun intended) literally, making this a great choice for wedding or portrait photography, a product that i personally can't hesitate to recommend.

Think I must be unlucky
I was so excited to receive this speed light. It was beautifully packaged and the batteries charged very quickly so I was happy to get started on experimenting with the flash. To say I loved the build quality and the weight, the ease of movement in turning the flash head. All is really first class quality. The disappointment came when I noticed a colour cast on my test images! Yes I know there is a lot of red in the set up however the third image was taken using a simple Metz flash and this definitely has not got the colour cast of the Neewer flash. I even tried both speed lights on another camera and still got the same results.I guess that I was unlucky as the reviews from the people who were sent the product to test have not mentioned the colour cast!Very disappointed that this will be going back!

What an amazing bit of kit ..... Dwarf's my Trusty old EOS 450D (See Pic)
I was amazed at the quality of this speedlight from 1st opening the box to see all the accessories e.t.cIt is quite a big unit (See attached to my Canon EOS 450D) My trusty old DLSR I bought in 2009 !When the 55mm Stock Lens is fitted the Camera struggles to stand up on its own unless the Speedlight is tilted to face upwards. When my Canon EF 70-300mm IS USM lens is attached there is enough weight to counterbalance it.There is the option of using the Stand which I have not yet done as My Battery on my camera died when playing with the speedlight attached & I have yet to find my Canon Charger to play with it again. It was easy to install onto the camera shoe & tightens up with a thumbscrew. The info screen is literally the same size as the one on my EOS 450D & gives plenty of information relating to the shot .This is my 1st Speedlight so I cannot really comment on how it holds up to say a Canon original but from the results I was getting I was over the moon. You get 2 x batteries which are easy to install on the side of the unit along with a single charger & a carry case for the speedlight which can be attached to a belt using the loop on the rear if required .The unit paired with the camera easily & performed brilliantly with much brighter & nicer lighting than the pop-up light on the camera itself. I can't wait to get some arty evening & Portrait photo's taken .Will I use it in the future .... You Bet !! , It has enthused me again to carry my old 450D with me again & is coming away with me to Spain at the end of the month .... Once I find my Canon Charger !!Hope this helps ....

Early days trials satisfactory
As this is midsummer and I don't have access to a studio for indoor work, the opportunities to use this have been limited. What I have found so far:I have tried out the various options and understanding is not complicated. It increases potential (e.g. bouncing light off ceiling) that the fixed, pop-up flash on the camera does not.BTW Flash can be useful in daytime - to lift colours and shadows - this is attractive to wedding photographers. The remote trigger has worked flawlessly for me (I have stood back around 4 metres).Photos have looked good and I have had no more editing than usual. As the calendar moves forward, I will be using in different lighting conditions - Autumnal then Christmas - and will update my review as I discover more about this unit.
