I use this for myself and my 2 younger children. I like that it has vitamin C included to help with absorption! I have bought this twice now.

Great taste for iron supplement

I don't actually like anything with Iron or Vitamins in it. But from the very first taste when I received this product, I was like a kid in a candy store, could hardly wait for the next day to take it. Oh my goodness. the flavor, the taste, the texture, I could go on and on, but I will stop. In one word. EXCELLENT!!!!

These supplements have been very effective for me. I've been taking them for a few months now. I have chronic iron-deficient anemia, and these supplements have helped increase my iron levels nicely with my doctor's supervision. I had the option of either taking these supplements or getting infusions, and I chose the supplements.The flavor is supposed to be grape, but most of the time it's barely palatable. They are easy to chew and swallow. The main issue I have is that they become hard and stale quickly after the protective seal is removed from the bottle. They are supposed to last a month, but they become kind of crusty before that.

I’m training for a triathlon right now and could use the extra boost of both iron and vitamin C! These taste great and are a nice break from all the other vitamin pills I have to swallow. Makes it easy to get this in early in the day. A family member eats mostly vegetarian and we were concerned about her iron count after recent blood tests so I recommended these to her as well.

This product should not be on the market without proper warnings or testing. Anemic individuals, please avoid this—it could harm your health instead of helping.
