The quality of the product is very good. It is easily foldable and it is not a very heavy in use and my mother like this product a lot. It is very useful.

I like this product. It's extremely lightweighted &sturdy body & free assembly.

The moment I opened the packet, I saw that the finishing of this walker wasn't up to my expectations. Paint had come off at many places. Hand grip wasn't snugly fit and it seemed that it was pasted with some kind of glue. Cap on one of the pipe ends was missing risking injury to an old patient. These small issues lead to customer dissatisfaction.
