Coming from someone that has never spent more then a few £ on one, there is a huge difference not only in quality but also performance.The string is great quality plus comes with various colours, make sure you watch the tutorial on the page if never threaded one before. My second magic yo-yo V6, sturdy, well built, great selection of colours and strings and a great responsive yo-yo for both beginners and more advanced users.

I bought this to show my daughter the jojo and how to use it. I was expecting the old school light jojo but this one is a bit on the heavy side and I was not really thinking that this is not going to be like the classic plastic Coke jojo's I was use too. Dont get me wrong this jojo is top quality and nice graphics but its not for a beginner and its not light and it will hurt your hand if it returns to your hand.For beginners I would suggest a nice light plastic jojo and for the not so beginners I would still prefer a good high quality plastic jojo.Better luck next time for me as this one is lying in the cupboard gathering dust.

To be fair, I was sceptical about my 10yr spending this amount of money on a yo-yo, which I assumed would either be lost, broken or put in the draw with all the others things that she couldn’t possibly live without until she got them, got bored with them etc etc, I’m sure every parent is aware of this story.However, it’s very good quality for the price, (my kid brother went through a serious yo-yo phase in his teens and went through many types and strings, so I have a small amount of knowledge about them from 20 odd years ago) it’s instructions are clear and simple, nice amount of spare strings, which if it isn’t discarded, she will need, glove and bag as well. Lovely weight to it which is important for stunts and so far so good and is being used everyday . PLUS as she bought it rather than me I’ll happily give it 5*

Is it me or is it the product? Still can't get it to yo-yo

Great Yoyo! This must be Santa selling his overstock, our girl received this one for Christmas and she loves it. Several replacement strings inside, good instructions for set up, very good quality yoyo! It's a beginner who is using it and in a day she learned not only how to control it but several tricks too, which shows this yoyo is easy to control. We tried some cheaper ones before and nothing worked well, but this one does!

I didn't know that responsive and unresponsive yoyo's were a thing?! This is definitely a responsive yoyo. My son (10) is doing really well with this and enjoying learning new tricks. It took a short while on the first day to get it to come back up to him but once you get the hang of it, it's super. Glove seems a bit pointless but the rest is great.

It is very durable as it is metal and very easy to use although I would recommend watching a video to set it up properly (I learnt the hard way). Love this yo-yo, my only suggestion is they add stand-offs so I can do tricks like the DNA. But that’s just a small addition I would like other than that I recommend (especially for beginners)
