These J-cups are the truth! Very solid and heavy construction and welds. I bought these to trade out the cheap J-cups that came with my fitness gear rack. These are 1000% better quality. The holes on my rack are 1 1/4, so the 1 inch fittings on these J-cups fit slightly loose (as you can see in the 2nd picture), but it doesn't make much, if any difference with the stability or function. Definitely worth the $40.

Solid hooks that works great!

Sturdy, well built hooks. Use these with REP PR-1100 power rack. Have these on the back pillars so I don't have to move other hooks. Great buy!

They fit my Mikolo rack perfectly but after about 8 months of light use the squares where the bar rests are losing screws/wobbly. I'd buy probably buy again though.

Title kinda says it all. These are plastic lined on the lift side only. They fit my 3x3 Rep PR5000 a little loose but perfectly acceptable. They look pretty good, nothing fancy but functional. I wanted a third set of J cups, I hate reconfiguring during a workout, and the thought of buying two-four more sets of 100$+ J cups seemed a bit crazy, so I tried these. I’ll likely buy more, can’t beat the price.

Now this is more like it. Fits my fitness reality half rack PERFECTLY - these are even better than the ones that came with my rack! For 30 bucks you can’t beat it! I have a pair at bench press height, and now a pair at squat/standing shoulder press height. Saves time and energy - and MONEY if you were considering buying a whole new rack!GET THESE

I ordered some custom hooks and they fit beautifully. The customer service was outstanding and very thorough to make sure the hooks would fit specifically to my cage. I am very happy

These are sturdy J hooks with a nice hard plastic finish inside that is holding up well to the bar. However- these hooks take up much more rack space than most other hooks. They also do not fit the holes well. These were supposed to be for 1” holes in a 3x3 rack- as you can see in photo 2, the pin in much too small vs a real fit (photo 3). The fit of the pin, and the natural angle of the hook causes the bar to roll forward without some sort of material (cardboard in my case) wedged behind the hook.

I have a 3x3 rack. I had J-hooks like this one, but you had to unscrew and re screw a threaded safety bolt every time you adjusted them (pain). You don’t have to do it with these. Work good so far

It was okay I have seen better but good for the price

Had to rerurn it. On my rack it goes too low when put in highest position for bench press. Can't get correctly under rhe bar. The quality is very good.

Items were loosely shipped in a box with no padding between them and arrived dented and scratched. One safety's powder coating wasn't applied properly so there was a strip of rust in the corner. Ordering another pair to see if it's an anomaly.Update: It's not an anomaly, but I suppose you can mix and match. Functions just fine, so only one star deducted.
