I measured myself and was well within the range of the size I purchased. The clasps on the inside cut into my skin. At the time I was 3.5 weeks post op and I'm still numb so I could not feel it. When I removed the garment I was bleeding from where the inner clasp had broken the skin on my incision! I have not worn it again. It's fine that it's tight, that's the whole reason we wear it but the clasps should not be sitting on the skin, there should be material in between as a barrier. Also, I liked the idea of a zip in the crotch to allow for going to the bathroom but the space was not big enough - my post op garment from the hospital had a similar feature which really worked, this did not. Not well designed and not cheap, don't waste your money on this.
