I bought the mic to use with Dragon in my electronic medical record. It’s comfortable, convenient and the voice recognition is excellent

Spent 4 or 5 hours trying to make this work. Nuance support couldn't help. I installed recommended BT driver. Works with Win 10 but not with my Win 11 desktop. Consulted ChatGPT with no luck. Sent it back.

I’ve been using for 5 days on a single charge. Automatically goes into power saving mode. Excellent compatibility with Dragon software. Would buy again.

I purchased this headset and pairing with Apple 14 Pro Max is very difficult. I finally got the device paired after more then 10 attempts. Sound quality is poor in my opinion and I am returning to Amazon. Will go back to a Voyager 5200.

Generic packaging. No paperwork whatsoever - no quick start guide, no details on the packaging. Just the headset in a molded plastic insert with a charging cord underneath. Nothing else at all in the package to help with setup. It connected, but would not stay powered on. I recommend a Blueparrot device instead. This thing is a POS for 150.UPDATE: Over a week since my return and it's still not credited... Deal with another seller.

Functional but fragile. The earpiece swivels on a thin plastic stem that breaks easily if you turn it the wrong way, which is easy to do.

Works well

Great connection. No compatibility issues. Works just as well as the handheld Dictaphone. Great battery life. Comfortable to wear for extended periods of time.
