Eco-Dent Eco-Dent Vegan Floss, Cinnamon, 100 Yards

Floss itself is rough and cinammon not detectable

Bought this as I needed to source a vegan floss - it does exactly what it says on the tin and has the added bonus of smelling divinely of cinnamon. You get 100 yards in the box so overall, good value I'd say.

Everything was perfect.

Not a big fan of this one.

I usually use Dr Tung's Smart Floss, but I bought this instead when I wasn't able to get a hold of it.This floss is much thinner (very much like stitching thread) and waxed. The cinammon smells nice, but it isn't noticeable when I use it. I like the cardboard box. I prefer Dr Tung's though. This isn't absorbent enough and too thin for me. This makes it less effective. It is better than those cheap plastic strip ones however.

Fab floss. Looks like it might last for the rest of my life! Nice smell/ taste. The only thing is, don't get the box wet, or it will be next to useless! Great that it's eco-friendly (ie. No plastic), but hardly durable. Shame.

Excellent floss. Strong, so doesn’t snap while flossing. Rough, so works better than smooth flosses/tapes (for me anyway). I think the tube around which the floss is wrapped might be plastic and there is a bit of adhesive tape on the box (which could be vegetable based or plastic, I’m not sure). No other plastic.

Neither the tape nor the packaging are made from plastic, Cinnamon flavour is subtle to absent. But as a more eco friendly alternative to the hugely wasteful harp/picks single use wastes of resources or even the plastic floss in a plastic box. I'm trying to make a difference and hope that such plastic-free resources will become easier to find.
