The cartridge leaks. Any suggestions?

I have used these for years and never had this problem. Are you squashing the carriage as you roll.. .the wax should be warm enough that out flows as you pull the cartride over you skin.

It should. I know that the was that does not come in an individual box are larger but they still fit and warms up the wax.
