Not very fluffy
Not enough filling in the pillow. It’s good enough for a guest room

This pillow is not very firm at all, way too soft. It does not plump up like other pillows I have bought from Amazon. Do yourself a favor and spend a little extra for a firmer pillow. You'll be glad you did.

Stayed flat
These inserts didn't fluff up at all like previous ones I've ordered. I had to hide them behind other throw pillows.

I’ve gotten other brand 18x18 inserts and they have a lot more filling in them. These are dinky.
