Cleans the hard floor throughout our downstairs area with ease. Move obstacles to ensure all areas are cleaned, shoes, dog bowls etc. It does tend to bump around if you time it for when you go to bed, hence the name Nic, noisy, irritating C.Having said that, it does a great job and keeps the floor dust and grit free. Love having this little robot, works quite well & keeps floors neat & tidy after daily "traffic".We have an open plan kitchen, dining & living area so I find using the random cleaning setting works best for me rather than the smart cleaning setting. Set up & connectivity was simple & straight forward. So far so good with this little robot, but we are a 2 person household with no pets.Have not used the mop feature - to be honest, I don't think it should even be listed as a feature as it simply refers to attaching the dampened cloth pad to the robot & letting it go about its business.

Ok. I wrote a super humorous review when I purchased my first robot vacuum a few years back. This is an advance on the first one I had. The first one I bought still works strongly but is never charged when I want it as it wasn’t return to base charging. I bought this as I am forever vacuuming because of a blinking Labrador that’s shacked up in my house. It returns to base (rarely via the shortest route). There is a smart element to its movement. I note sometimes it does not work it’s way out the first room. I change the setting to random and it gets out. But writing the obvious that is random so technically may not get out a room. My interventions undermine the automated qualities of the device. It comes with a remote which I presume would allow you to control it like a remote control car but not tried it. I use the app which allows you to program when you want it to come on, the suction power to use and the method of movement: smart, random, wall (hugs the perimeter of the room) and a spiral motion which automatically ups the power and goes in circles to focus on a tight area. Again this undermines the automated properties as you have to intervene. This would provide some use to someone with mobility concerns.Regarding performance. On a hard floor it gets everything. In a carpet it will not pick up dog hair that is anything other than loose on the service. I question the “smart” nature of its movement. It does not appear to learn the layout of a room. It returns to base in an odd way. But does consistently return eventually. I have never run the battery down to know when it starts to head back to base and whether the odd route it takes may at some point prevent it from reaching the base when it’s battery stamina depletes. There are no instructions how to use the mop. I think the mop is an after thought. This is slightly quieter than my old one. It is suction with two circular brushes rather than a roller brush. This also doesn’t bash into things quite as much. It stops short of most solid objects that are broad enough to be “seen” by the robot.

I bought this to replace our previous Bagotte robot vacuum cleaner which was excellent. In fact it was so good I recommended it to countless friends, many of whom bought one as well.What a mistake.It is NOWHERE NEAR as good as our old one. It barely picks up anything. Floors need to be manually hoovered even after leaving this for over an hour in one room.Truly terrible and such a disappointment after our previous Bagotte.I’m going to return the item and probably buy from a different manufacturer.

I've been a fan of bagotte for a while, low cost and very efficient little robots.This one is great, mops and vacuum at the same time, is very quiet, no roller brush to clean. Bin has been redesigned so much easier to emptyReally love it ❤️

Couldn't get parts for this. The plastic nobs on the dust collector broke off, tried to get parts but couldn't get replacement was offered£25 refund from amazon which was nowhere near the price of the item

TBH was not expecting much or the price paid. Bought on Prime day and thought if it's rubbish can always send back with no hassle. But we absolutely love it!! Very clever piece of kit. The app is amazing, you can have this working in one part of the house and watch its progress in another room via the app. How clever is that!! Love the 'edge cleaning' mode and the auto docking. First time of use, we just watched it in awe - sad but true!! Sturdy and well made. Love it!!

I bought mine two months ago and has been doing a very good job taking off my cats hairs of the carpet and solid surfaces, mop is not the best but works OK. It stopped working now but when I contacted the customer service team they have helped tremendously.
