This stuff was pretty darn amazing on some pork tenderloin. Lots of flavor and smells amazing. If You're expecting really spicy then look elsewhere but I think it was great.

We love smoking meat, especially a nice big brisket. We purchased this from a local store to “just see if we like it”, we loved it so much that I set up a subscription from Amazon. We will first coat the meat with Dukes Bourbon Mustard, then rub the meat with this seasoning. Works wonderful on brisket, beef roast, beef ribs, mostly red meats. Word of warning, this has a strong flavor, more is not always best. Too much makes the meat too salty for our taste, through trail and error we found the perfect amount. I highly recommend and would be an excellent gift for those outdoor cooks.
