Natural grocer quit carrying my NOW colon probiotic so I tried these. Seems to be working. BM everyday. That's what I like!

I really like these because they are a delayed release 2 month supply that only requires 1 a day. If you take other specific vitamins already, then this is a great addition to your vitamin chest. This is milk/lactose free which works great for me too! It has no added sugar, egg, nuts, yeast, wheat gluten, soy, starch or artificial anything! Just the good stuff. :)

I looked into different probiotics to start my gut health journey & I believe these are helping me tremendously! Definitely a good start! The capsules are not hard to get down or have a bitter taste.

I like to alternate between digestive enzymes and probiotics and I feel like these work well. They are as expected.
