Got this laptop for my husband who does loads of reading and paper works.No complaint yet

Anti virus
Bought this for my daughter to take to university as my wife recently bought one and it's very good. Good size easy to use etc.Its one month later and daughter shared a screenshot saying PC is infected with critical issue and needs to install McAfee anti virus immediately. Of course I can't tell from 200 miles away what is best course of action but it is a shame it has happened just one month after buying as likely to be a few quid more as its not easy to ignore the warning message really.

Don’t purchase from this seller
I purchased my laptop and few days later i noticed that there a scratch on my screen , the laptop was working normally then this one became. Visible break , i was trying to contact them. And the warranty supplier i didn’t get any reply until my return time was ended , my interntion was i just want it to be foxed not returned or getting refund, and now i am left with 500 pounds + 70 pounds warranty broken laptop

Scam- not refurbished to “like brand new”
Purchased the highest grade of refurbished and found out later it was higher than the retail prices… and now 5months later finding that it’s blue screened once already, and now randomly after I’ve turned it on it has a white ring around the border of the screen, like it has been damaged.

Doesn’t charge
The laptop is fairly slow, works pretty well tho, performance very good for its price but like I said doesn’t charge consistently.
