Just what we were looking for. Looks great and stylish. Good quality and options for both crystal effect and wood effects supplied. Installation straight forward and narrow fitting allowed for easy recess into our stud wall. Fire is very efficient and warms up our 5m by 6m extension room quickly and effectively. Great addition.

Bought this for a media wall build to add atmosphere rather than heat. You have multiple flame options and colours and it does kick out serious heat if needed. Based on the price you can pay this fire is excellent value for money.

Lovely Fire, very happy with it, might be better if electric cable was black it would not have been so necessary to hide. But the flame effect is nice, the different colour options are fun and the heat is good .

Looks nicer than the photos suggest and the flame effects in the video are accurately portrayed - quite realistic. It seemed somewhat flimsy at first but on the floor stands is surprisingly sturdy. We'll eventually mount it in a cabinet space under the TV and likely hide a sub-bass unit behind it as it's quite slim. The fixing method is simple & effective. It was slightly noisy at first when the blower was running, turned out to be nothing more than mechanical vibration from the already mounted wall bracket at the back. If you're not using it, remove & store it and if you are, the weight of the unit on it will dampen it out. I'm quite impressed with this heater - decent heat on demand, a flame effect that doesn't disappoint and my better half considers it money well spent. Now we can finally rip out the last of the E7 storage heaters :) Also looks better than the one in Franklin's GTA 5 house.

I was quite sceptical about this fire initially but I am pleasantly surprised. For the price it is really lovely and look much more expensive than it actually was. Installation instructions were easy to follow and I think the hardest part was actually measuring the space we want to go. Some people had said the heater fan was quite noisy but we haven’t found that at all, in fact it’s very quiet. When using the heater it heats up very quickly and even without the heat and just the flames, it feels warm in our lounge and it’s worth remembering that the heater only comes on when the rooms temperature is lower than the heater. The remote is very easy to use and follow. I would definitely recommend if you’re thinking of getting a nice feature firebox.
