Headphones are Great, Store is Terrible
First, one of the cords simply doesn't work for no reason at all. It came with two and only one works. Very disappointing.Second I actually tried to purchase this directly from the store first. After the weekend of waiting, come Tuesday I get curious about when I'm going to get a notice for the tracking number. I go to check and my order says that they won't even ship it (for a 3-10 day slow delivery) until 6 days later, a total of 9 days after I purchased it. They wouldn't ship it for NINE DAYS after I purchased it.I opened a ticket to ask them to fix this and ship it sooner. I don't get a response for two days, then when I finally do get one it said 'We'll get back to you, we're looking into things'. So I refunded my purchase on their store and came to amazon to buy it. The item said it would be delivered on the 8th (I ended up getting it on the 5th), but it cost me an extra 8 bucks.Even worse, today (several days after the refund) they close my case and ask me to rate how they handled things, but when I try to they actually remove my ability to rate them entirely on their private platform. So I'm rating them here. Great headphones, terrible company.

Sounds is OK - Mic Stiff - Earcups meh
Everyone has a different threshold for how things fit and sound, so headphones are very subjective. For reference, I daily drive a set of Nova Pro Wireless, and a set of HD600 headphones for work and fun. I have also used a lot of the budget headphones such as the Nova 1. My views and opinions come from using these devices. The headphones themselves feel nice in the hand. They are mostly plastic, but the actual adjustment part is made of metal. I didn't have any issues with the headband coming out of adjustment. The microphone was kindof weird to use. I have used flip up mics on some other headphones, but these were much stiffer than I had expected. It takes about a second to fully move the arm up to the mute position. There is definite resistance when moving the arm, which is good for adjustability, but not so much for quick muting the mic.The cable feels nice, and seems like they would last a lot longer than other non wrapped designs. The volume knob is easy to use. At minimum, there is still audio coming through the headphones. There is no full mute ability. My biggest gripe is the earcups. They are just a weird enough shape that they are uncomfortable to wear for a long time for my head type. My head is a bit larger than normal, and my ears are a big bigger than average. I do not have fitment issues with the Nova 1, Nova Pro, Arctis 7, Astro A10, or HD600, so if you have one of these, you might be able to gauge if you may have issues. If the earcups were made a bit larger for the internal opening, these would fit much nicer. I'll hang onto these to see if aftermarket cups come out that fix these.Overall, the sound quality is very good. I would call these mid heavy with sparkle. They do have just enough low end, and the mids are nice and clear. The treble is sparkly but not draining to listen to. For games and media consumption, they work really well.Overall I do like these headphones. I don't like how stiff the mic arm is, and the earcups are just not working for me. Other than those issues, these are solid, and obviously aren't going to be an issue for others.

Not worth it
This product sounded good but was not comfortable and the quality for this product the price is not worth it. Mic was definitely fuzzy but could be adjusted and it's been about a month and still waiting on my refund. Now they said I won't get a refund until Aug 30th because there's a delay.... really, please do not waste your money

Worth the Price
I would've rated this as a 4.5 for the minor issue that I'm gonna eventually explain, but I figure I'd round it up to a 5 stars. This has got to be one of the best gaming headsets I've had in a LONG time. If I were to compare it, this is identical to my old Sennheiser GAME ONE Gaming Headset that broke years ago. I've tried the HyperX Cloud Core Gaming Headset, and ASTRO Gaming A10 Gaming Headset and both didn't par with what I missed with the Sennheiser that I lost due to it breaking from excessive gaming years ago (they were my only pair of headsets and my only go to when I gamed almost daily). Now for the reviewThe "Bad":While gaming with my friend, he heard an "echo" coming from my end when using the headset mic. He never had that issue when I use my microphone (desktop stand mic). Another "bad" could also be that the ear pads are for average/small ear users. (I didn't have this issue since I have relatively small ears so it was perfect for me)The Good:The headset works EXACTLY like my old Sennheiser GAME ONE Gaming Headset. The mic swivels up and down and when you put it up, it automatically mutes you from talking, so when you're talking to someone and don't want your friends/teammates to hear you, just lift the mic up and you're welcome to have whatever private conversation it is you want with people standing near by you or if you have an important private phone call. The volume swivel on the side was another great addition that I had personally missed on the SGO. The fact that with those of us with glasses don't have to worry about it squishing your head and hurting you by pressing up on your glasses is another plus. The band itself raises up to a "level 10", so for those with bigger heads, it helps. You can definitely tell in FPS games, where listening is key to victory, where enemies are located approximately. There is padding on the head area. Also, this brings not only the standard headphone jack splitter for PC users, but it also brings the headphone jack to plug into a Playstation 4 controller (possibly PS5? not sure since I don't own a PS5). It also brings a dust bag to put the headphones when you're done using it so it doesn't catch any dust or get damaged outside.Overall:Personally, besides the two small minor cons (tho some may think its major), I think the headset is perfect for gaming (mostly FPS) and for casual usage like browsing online and listening to youtube videos/etc. At the moment of this review, the original price was $89.00, but there is a discount making the price now at $75.15. I think this is well worth the price since most headsets over $100 are too expensive and it isn't worth the pricing unless its a Sennheiser brand. This is a close replica to the Sennheiser's brand with build quality, and audio engineering.
