I didn’t know this was available. My wife has a chronic neck and shoulder injury for which she gets physiotherapy and then uses microwavable heat pads to keep the area hot. This device has been a game changer for her. Instead of a few minutes of comfort from the heat pads or oat-filled tubes she now can have hours of reliable heat, comfort and relief while sitting in her armchair.

Liked the warmth and comfort it gave. Slightly weighted, which I found a good thing as I tend to hunch my shoulders up when not relaxed, which exacerbates pain. However, negative is one size fits all, so as a slight frame I think there should be two Velcro positions with which to adjust neck fastening. I am going to think of a way to remedy this so it fits snugger around my neck.

This one replaces my 7 yr old one which finally packed up. An extremely useful product.

My "heat pad" was for my neck area and the heat really did help with the pain. So comfortable to use. Would really recommend it.
