Worst product. After one battery went dead. No longer is charging and working. The manufacturing was in the year 2022. So battery was degraded to the lowest. Nobody should try to purchase the same. They are cheating the customer by reducing the price. Please don't fall into their trap. Amazon must look into it. I am searching for the replacement battery.

This is the second one that I baught.I .It is cleaning micro dust also. Main problem with realme vacuum cleaner repairing problem .Repairing equipments are not available mainly battery. I request you please provide battery for replacement.

A very good buy. It cleans perfectly and mop with vacuum cleaning is great. Automatically recognizes the floor map, easy to track in the app. A veru good product. Worth for money. Battery life is good.

No support from realme, it's purely dumping an outdated product with 0 support. I bought it 2 months back. It's lidar cover broke down in 1 month and now it's not accepting dustbin. Feels like they are cheap chinese dump with no warranty.

J'ai eu cet aspi robot pour un prix dérisoire de 160e lors d'une promotion, pour ce prix c'est tout simplement incroyable, sa demande un peu de préparation avant de le lancer (enlever les affaire du sol, chargeurs, cable qui traine etc) mais c'est vraiment quelque chose qui prend 2min, ensuite il n'y a plus qu'a l'envoyer, bien mieux que le balais et il a l'avantage de pouvoir passer sous certain meuble/sommier, parfois il galère un peu sur mon tapis je dois le surveiller pour voir s'il ne perd pas ses patin mais ses choses arrive quand même rarement, au niveau du bruit legerement moins qu'un aspirateur classique en vitesse turbo et au niveau de l'aspiration la seule chose qu'il n'arrive pas a ramasser chez moi sont les petit cailloux de la litière du chat

Estamos encantados con él. Tenemos otro de Conga 4090 que en teoría es un modelo de características equivalentes y no hay color. Nivel de ruido a máxima potencia, se escucha, pero es equivalente al de Conga al nivel medio. Aspira muy bien, la forma que tiene de localizar está genial y además se sincroniza perfectamente con Alexa. Nosotros por 189€ que nos ha costado no podemos pedir más. El único problema es que hay que comprar aparte el depósito para fregar por 36€ aprox. Pero viendo la calidad del producto, a nosotros nos parece bien.

Produit de bonne qualité mais logiciel a revoir ainsi que la connexion... Je dois éteindre, supprimer le robot de mon appli et le réinstaller toutes les semaines... Horrible
