Why did you pick this product vs others?: Doesn't fit the screen. Won't work on a lenovo flex 5 14ABR8.

I must admit we didn’t get this for a computer, we got it for our after market CarPlay device. The original screen was rediculously shiny and reflective, so much so there were times we couldn’t see the screen. This fixed that nicely. We cut it to size, and it works like a charm to cut down the glare and help reduce fingerprints.

I HATE shiny screens. It only took a few days of using a new chromebook for college before I was ready to move into a cave so no sunlight could reach my screen. This protector was easy to install, similar to installing any phone screen protector. The most difficult part is to keep dust away from your work surface and line it up properly. If you spend extra time to set yourself up to succeed, it'll be a breeze. It comes with stickers to help you align the protector with the screen as well as some cleaning cloths for prep. Use everything at your disposal, vacuum your work surface, and move quickly once the adhesive is exposed. I removed one star because it isn't a perfect fit. There is a border of shiny screen left exposed despite being VERY careful to make absolutely certain that my computer was compatible with this product. Other than that, this product is great and I would buy it again if I needed to.

First one I ordered looked like a screw driver was stabbed through it, second one came folded in the mailbox.

The size is perfect, covers exactly the screen that is lit on a Lenovo Flex 5i 14” screen. I had to use both screen films to get something acceptable using the video provided on YouTube, but I still ended up with a few small bubbles. The cleaning kit towels are too small and the wet towel dries too fast. It would be enough for a phone or a tablet, but in my hands it was too small to keep the screen clean and dust free during the application. They could at least provide a second set of cleaning towels. In the end, it is better than other screen protectors I paid for and that I tried to apply before, but it is still not good enough.
