Really delicious Soba pot noodles Classic/teriyaki/peking Duck flavour!
All the Soba noodles with the teriyaki/CLASSIC/Peking Duck sauce are really delicious. These are the best tasting noodles you can buy! I suggest the following preparation to get the full benefit: After adding the boiling water stir well to break up the block of noodles and try and move the tiny bits of chicken, vegetables etc underneath them into the boiling water to encourage softening otherwise they will remain dry/hard! The cup says 3 minutes soaking but I leave the hot water in place for AT LEAST 15 minutes for the noodles to really soften. After pouring away the water I leave the noodles for a minute or so to absorb the last water traces before squeezing the sticky sauce into the cup and stirring really well to allow the white noodles to take on the dark brown colour . NOW ENJOY!!! Note: despite the increased soaking times the noodles should still remain hot!!!
