I am quite happy with them. Easy to use and sturdy. I wanted a place to hang cloths to air dry other than a doorway. We live in a two story, with the small laundry on the 2nd floor. These fit between the top of the cupboards on one side and the top of the wall above the folding doors on the other. (I don't know why that's important to write here, but here we are...) This gives me a location directly above the dryer to hang my cloths to dry or to hang them as soon as they come out of the dryer. I loved the location, I added the 2nd one on the other side of the space for additional hanging. I would have to think these could support up to about 10 pounds of weight. I used the other two in a large, cubed cupboard to hold up paper bags, cookie sheets and cutting boards to one side. I used to fight with it all just to get a crock pot down. Now it's not a problem anymore. Yay! The product quality is as expected. These are thin metal with plastic and rubber stops and a spring inside. But, they are very good for what they are intended for and the uses are endless.

Wow...I wasn't SURE about these and the price is great! So I bought 2 sets (1 for each window) and they were perfect to meet my need. - Grommets are in the end caps of each rod (to insure the rod doesn't eat/wear through the end cap and turns easier) - Length exactly as described and easy to adjust - Spring loaded ends makes for a more snug fit. - End caps remove easily to ensure that you can get through the tightest of drapes to fit the rod through - So simple to use...no need for instructions that are included - Great to use as a pair at the top and bottom of a window Worthy of 5 Stars - Quality and Highly Recommend

It served its purpose very well. Very easy to install and sturdy enough for what i was using it for. Was thinner than I thought it would be. But for the money definitely worth it.

I looked everywhere for tension rods that would be the right length as well as sturdy & not flimsy. It is very hard to find tension rods 24". These appear sturdy and well made. Thank you!

Having recently dealt with the collapse of my existing closet structure, I've been slowly curating a bedroom closet makeover. I chose the Seville Expandable closet as the main unit. Link: Seville Classics Expandable Closet Organizer System, Satin Bronze . Wanting to make use of every available inch in there, I was looking for some tension rods to put in the far corners. My closet it 23" deep and this proved to be a difficult size rod to find in something sturdy enough to hold enough weight. These Gopen poles are amazing. They are thin and light to hold, but they are strong. I've used them in a few different ways. On one side, I've hung single poles up. One rod is holding a few items of clothing, roughly about 5 pounds of weight. The other rod is holding shoes which have been hung from hangers - Link: The Boot Hanger - Shoe Storage Space Saver (set of 3); Boot Hanger, Boot Holder, Boot Clips (White) . That currently holds 2 pairs of knee high leather boots, a heavy pair of cowboy boots, and a few pairs of sandals. No issues with weight at all. On the other end of my closet, I've put 2 rods together to make a shoe shelf which is currently holding about 6 pairs of sneakers & shoes. Immediately after putting these up and reconsidering the amount of space still left in the closet, I went back to by another 4 pack. If you're looking for something strong for a smaller width space, these will not disappoint.
