Just got my package delivered, right on time. The oil in the box, however, was a 10W-30 Fully Synthetic (the old version, produced up to mid-2010) and not the one advertised/pictured on Amazon, i.e. 10W-30 HC-Synthetic, the new version. There was some leakage in the box but nothing too bad. Bottle cap wasn't tightened enough, I guess somebody just took it off the shelves and put it in the carton box without even checking... Suggestion to AMAZON: Maybe you should consider packing liquids in sealed plastic bags first and then using the cartons. Also worth noting is that the oil delivered had a production date of 12OCT2009 (almost 2 1/2 years old). Therefore I contacted CASTROL EU and they confirmed to me that this oil is still good. They said up to three years old and stored appropriately (no extreme high or low temps, no light and in an unopened container), should not be questioned at all. From what I learned after some online research, fully synthetic oil's shelf life is far longer than 3 years, with experts saying at least 5 and up to 10 years. This mostly goes for canned oil not the one in plastic bottles, which is still safe to use for up to 5 years. Just shake it well before use and make sure it is clear. For what's worth, the price was excellent, the oil is just the right one for my bike and Amazon delivered without any delay, as usual. At the local dealers I could not find this oil for less than 17 euro per litter and this one came in at about 11.50 euro per litter, so 22 euro off.

Siempre compro este aceite en formato 1l y este me facilita tener disponible más cantidad. Lo único que hay que tener en cuenta es que no viene con el dosificador pero la boca es exactamente igual que el pequeño y la puedes reutilizar.

Super Öl

Ho comprato quest'olio per il mio scooter e più esattamente per il cambio. Pochi lo cambiano ma nel manuale di uso e muntenzione c'è scritto di farlo in occasione del cambio della cinghia. Personalmente preferisco farlo a tutti i tagliandi, costa pochissima fatica e lo scooter ringrazia. Ho preso questo eprchè risponde alle specifiche del costruttore e poi eprchè uso Castrol da una vita. Ottimo prodotto ad un prezzo onesto. Arrivato subito grazie ad Amazon.
