This business card holder is perfect for holding a recipe card while making the recipe.

First of all, I ordered 3 of these and they were all individually boxed, which is nice since I will be shipping them (to different people as part of a gift) as well. Secondly, they are very nice looking, exactly as pictured. Thirdly, they are just the right size and stable enough to hold a phone sideways (to view a video, for instance), but not upright. They seemed a little price-y (and they are), but worth it to get something of this quality and know that my friends will be getting something beautiful and not cheap looking. I will be ordering more of these in the future.

These are not walnut. Walnut wood is not pictured. I am a professional woodworker and look at a lot of walnut and other hardwood species all day long. The wood species pictured is likely red oak or ash. Walnut is characteristically very brown and neither requires not responds much to stains. It most certainly cannot and should not be painted or applied with a white finish. If one did commit some such atrocity, it would not look as white or as even as that. However, red oak and ash do look very nice in the described finishes. Simply saying “hardwood” would be more truthful, accurate, and palatable here than attempting to capitalize on the popularity of walnut wood and the ignorance of many shoppers who, had they actually seen something in walnut, should purchase that instead of these on sheer principle.Disclaimer I did not buy this product because I could make my own.

I was hoping the two parts would come apart so I could store this flat when traveling to vendor events, but the two sections appear to be glued or fixed together somehow. Not docking any stars because it’s not designed to come apart, and never claimed that it did, just wanted to let others know in case they had the same idea I did.

Not impressed. It wobbles because the wood came warped. Overall feels cheap. I wasted my money - tossed it in the garbage.
