No,it is come with capo and nlyon strings.

Q: Can this ukulele be stringed for left handed play (reversed string order)?

This style/shape ukulele is universal. There is no "right" or "left" to it. (They string them to accommodate the more common right-handed people).If you want it accommodate to left,just reverse the string order, flip it around, and you'll be all set.Some local music shops would help you reverse the strings to a left handed order.
