Comfortable
As a man of 60 year old, I am having real issues of post radiotherapy and chemo after cancer treatment, the treatment has left an aftermath behind, and I am now disabled in my spine and legs. The pants are great as I am now a dribbler in bed, the pad is thick and soft and not firn, there is a seam inside the pants that you simply pull around the testicles, this stays put and comfortably hold the penis in place, the pad is roomy thick and comfortable. I do dribble, these pants are perfect for night time wear only, when I wake to go I don't feel the urge to let it flow until I sit on the toilet, the waist line of the pant is high, and the pad runs right up the bum, should any accident occur, in short excellent comfortable they do the Jon for me

Good for long journey's for elderly
I bought these for my elderly mother as we were going on a long car journey. They faired well compared to those with a thinner gusset and looking like what a sumo wrestler wears. These were fuller pants and therefore no runs down the side. I found them expensive!

A Game Changer for me
At last, incontinence knickers which actually fit brilliantly and are so comfortable I forget I'm wearing them even when I've added a heavy duty pad into the mix for night time or for going out. They're not infallible: even with the pad added I've had to change because the edges of the pants are soaked but I've yet to experience that soul-destroying feeling of pee trickling down my legs that I'd been increasingly suffering with my usual brand. Although these Abena ones are way more expensive per pad than my previous band, I'll have to be on my uppers before I'll change back : the combination of extra comfort and extra confidence is worth the extra charge, in my opinion.

Good product which does the job at a reasonable price
Good product which fit well and are effective at a reasonable price. I have purchased these for my elderly mother a couple of times now and will do so again in the future.

Fabulous product
This product was made of excellent quality materials & was very stretchy & comfortable to wear. They gave fresh protection & kept my skin dry for hours, whereas less quality products have leaked in various parts. They were quite expensive but definitely worth every penny paid.

Comfortable and discrete but not that absorbent.
I have moderate to severe incontinence both day and night due to previous damage. As a female in her 30s it's hard to find something discrete and absorbent so I normally forgo the discrete aspect to some extent to ensure I stay dry. But I was going on a rare girls trip with shared accommodation and although they know, I just wanted something quieter and less bulky so it wasn't so obvious, and to feel normal. These didn't cut the mustard for me. I had an accident in the security queue at the airport and they leaked at the leg guards. Not hugely but I had to sit through a flight with wet jeans (I could change the pullup but not the jeans) which wasn't very pleasant. The first night although I set an alarm for 3hrs after we went to bed knowing I'd be wet by then and needing to change (my tykables last all night but I knew these wouldnt) I woke up after 2hrs with the pull up, my pyjamas and the bed pad I'd used just in case absolutely soaked through. After that I gave up and went back to my nappies. Although they were really comfy and discrete and probably ideal for daytime use for someone who leaks rather than loses bladder control entirely, they just weren't absorbent enough for my needs. 😞

They’re so soft, comfortable, discreet but padded enough to handle multiple accidents and not leak (usually). They fit good but kinda run big and will sag when wet, but that’s because it’s a pullup, they do that. The only other option that comes close to the quality of Abena is Northshore but I think these are slightly better, for the price, absorbency and plus you get 15 diapers instead of 14. Overall definitely recommend if you have personal needs or have a loved one, or just like them because they’re super comfy! Enjoy (

Quite good pamper for everyday use. I got a bad case of rectal bleeding and these did the trick. They are durable, comfortable and absorbent. For the active diaper wearer, these feel somewhat like underwear. I do not think my coworkers were able to detect these under my khakis. The main issue I have had with government issued Medicaid pull ups is that the material would "pill" and crumple throughout the day. These maintain their shape and the material remains soft during long hauls. The price is a bit insane so I have solidarity with the disabled/incontinent community.
