Great shampoo and conditioner clean shiny soft hair. Loved the package deal so much I put it on subscribe and save and now it's gone up too much to continue buying from the same seller.

I first got this at Costco, but they no longer carry it, at least the last time I was there. What I like the most about this product is it doesn't seem to strip my hair color right away. I can see gray hair appear within the first week I washed my hair with my previous shampoo/conditioner. I don't see any gray hair within the first 2 weeks from having my hair colored.

I have used this shampoo for years and love the way it works and smells! However, this time my shampoo bottle arrived damaged. There is an indent with a hole/slice near the top which allowed product to spill out all over the shipping box. It seems like the two bottles were vacuum sealed too tightly and it caused the shampoo bottle to split open. I attempted to get it replaced or returned, but my options were to pay for UPS pickup or drive 45 minutes to a UPS store. Still love the product, just frustrated with customer service!

This is the best shampoo and conditioner I've used and I don't know how long. The shampoo does a great job cleansing the hair but does not strip it at all. The conditioner leaves my hair feeling super soft and shiny. And also has a unique but delicate fragrance. Definitely recommend trying it.

i love this shampoo so much but they need to learn how to ship this out better! Clearly from my experience, and from others, this product breaks and spills everywhere. Please do better.
