I got the cookies and cream because some of the reviews said it was delicious. Not true it kinda taste like what pinball smells like yuke! I won't be buying this brand again. Very disappointed in this product

We are using this as a supplemental meal or as a snack while watching our calories, protein, carbs and fats.The thickness is good. I love the low carb and 0 sugar. However, we are not fond of the taste of sucralose. For us it is too sweet, sweeter than honey. I attempt to buy products with Stevia instead.But we continue to use it, sipping on it a little at a time. But I know lots of people like sucralose so this would be great for you. I do like the flavor.
