Have had an extremely fun camping weekend playing with this. Does what it says. Some thoughts though1) yes it will charge your phone, but actually the power is there for the fan. Don't rely on it. Charge a battery instead then use that to charge you devices2) if you are spending any time cooking, make sure you have a big stock of wood. It does eat through it (turning it all into a small fine pile of ash though)3) 1.5 l kettle: that is pretty big!4) the grill is probably too big for a solo hike5) the LED light is really bright, and only used one quarter of my small USB battery over a long evening.

I enjoy wild camping and try to do it quietly and privately. This allows me to cook with veey little fuel and i charge my phone on it. Ive been advised to use this with a portable battery then charge my phone but you dont have to.As a stove its brilliant as the fan makea it super efficient.I find the bbq grill thing too heavy for hiking and just take the main stove and kettle.Just done a week in south wales along the coastal path and this gave me food and charge. Brilliant. For the price, its cheap.

This kit is great love it. But it does have a fan and does make noise but this is where you get your heat from and boils water a bit slower than a gas stove 1l took about 6-7 mins

Great idea but so noisy!! Not conducive to tranquil camping. Probably amazing for wilderness, backpack camping. Packs up nice and small.

I got this for my fiance for his birthday and it's amazing. Works so well. His brother also has one. They are awesome!

J'ai actuellement uniquement teste de faire bouillir de l'eau. Un plaisir tout simplement.Il ne faut pas s'attendre a avoir très rapidement un feu qui marche il m'a fallu 15min pour le faire partir (avec du bois mouille donc beaucoup de fume).Je conseille donc d'avoir un autre réchaud a gaz ou essence si le besoin est de vraiment faire la cuisine tout les jours en camping ou balade. Je compte m'en servir le plus possible j'adore le concept prochaine étape je test le grill :)

I've read about these stoves for months. They're saving lives around the world. When it came time to up our family's emergency preparation for hurricane season this year, we went ahead and bought this bundle. It's amazing. The way the pieces fit together for transport is genius. Everything is designed so precisely and thoughtfully, and it's very easy to use. I can't recommend this enough. We plan to use it for camping and cookouts as well as for emergency cooking during power outages. It's going on my list of gifts for outdoorsy friends as well.

Lange habe ich gezögert bevor ich mir selbst zum Geburtstag den BioLite Kocher geschenkt habe. Abgeschreckt haben mich der hohe Preis und das Bauchgefühl, dass es sich wegen der USB Schnittstelle mehr um ein NERD-Spielzeug handelt als um einen echten Kocher.Die Verarbeitung hat mich gleich mal positiv überrascht. Alle Teile wirken hochwertig und durchdacht. Der Kocher lässt sich mit Topf sehr kompakt zusammenstecken.Beim ersten Test war ich vor allem auf die Stromerzeugung neugierig und auch ich kann bestätigen - es lädt. :-) Sicherlich nicht super schnell, aber es funktioniert. Wirklich beeindruckend.Nun habe ich den Kocher ca. 3 Monate und einige Male im Einsatz gehabt. Mein Résumé:Ich bin begeistert wie schnell sich darin ein richtig tolles kleines Feuer machen lässt. Er brennt wie eine Rakete und 1 Liter Wasser ist wirklich schnell zum kochen gebracht. Auch der Grill funktioniert, man sollte sich hier nur etwas Zeit lassen bis das Holz glüht. Sonst wird das Grillgut doch sehr rußig.Es hat einige Male gedauert bis ich den richtigen Dreh beim anfeuern raus hatte. Gerade beim anfeuern unbedingt strohtrockenes und dünnes Holz verwenden. Hält man sich nicht daran hat man erst mal 10 Minuten eine Rauchmaschine. Hat der Ofen aber die richtige Hitze erreicht brennt er erstklassig und verträgt auch nicht mehr ganz so trockenes Holz. Einzig die Lautstärke des Lüfters stört wie schon öfter angesprochen ein wenig. Der Kocher reicht für 1 bis 2 Personen gut aus, ansonsten muss man öfter nachschüren.Zusammengefasst:Pro:+ Tolle Verarbeitung+ Sehr kompaktes Packmaß+ Feuer brennt wie Rakete+ USB Laden funktioniert :-)Kontra:- Lüfter einen Tick zu laut- Preis schon etwas happig

5 días en el campo y va perfecto. Mucha seguridad en su uso para evitar incendios, enseguida coge temperatura tanto para hervir agua como para usar la parilla, por la noche tiene su bombilla para iluminación y si no la necesitas puedes cargar lo que necesites.Encantado con la compra, da la calidad que se le presupone den¡pido al precio.
