Hi Chris. Thanks for the question! Yes, we've had a good number of gardeners get in touch to tell us how useful they've found the product. They are suited to prolonged kneeling, so if you have a big project coming up that will involve a lot of prolonged kneeling they'd be ideal. The double layer spring system means you can pivot and move much more comfortably in a prolonged kneeling position.

Q: Are these suitable for a woman to wear? I have severe arthritis in both knees and need something for gardening and odd jobs around the home.

I have bad arthritis in my right knee and slight arthritis in my left. It was the reason I bought these knee pads as I had a few cheap ones which didn't provide much comfort. These are wonderfully comfortable and I always use them if I am going to be putting pressure on my knees. They are bulky and it's a bt difficult for me to walk about with them strapped on. If I am doing a job where I don't have to move too much I can kneel on them without using the straps and this is effective. I am sure they would be suitable for a woman as well as a man.

No. I found they keep twisting and are difficult to use
