I rarely wear heels because I have a problem with my right foot. But we have a big formal event coming up.. I bought this set because it came with an assortment of shoe inserts. I am very very glad I bought the assortment because the style that I thought would work for me actually did not. I ended up using the clear silicone inserts with the raised pattern on them.But first, I tried them all out by putting them in my heels without removing the sticky backing, walking around in my heels and moving the little foot pads around.Again, I’m glad I bought the assorted box because the inserts that worked the best? They would not have been the ones I ordered by looking at the pictures!I won’t be using the other pairs that this came with, I’ll probably give them to a friend of mine. But I have a pair that fits and it is comfortable, and I didn’t have to run back-and-forth to the shoe store repeatedly to try a different one over and over, so that is just fine with me!

Comfort

These just came in today and had to emidiately open the box. There are several things I already love. First is the reason I chose this product. That it has a variety of kinds since I am not sure which will best help my problem. They are a few different materials too. They may all be silicone. But the thickness and stiffness is different in all. The only ones I have actually tried is the ones you put on your foot. I didnt think I would like those at all and wasn't interested in them. But put them on and I am surprised how comfortable they are. The material is super soft and I think these will be the best. But different shoes need different help sometimes too. I think this is a very good value and a very good place to start. Especially if you are not sure on what will help the issue you are dealing with. Sometimes the best help is not exactly where you initially think.

These are OK. I don't know what I was expecting...They are not miracle pads, but do give some comfort if you party a lot like me.

If you love wearing heels and slides.... Please order you some of these, they are must, no more blisters or sore feet. Also this company has very reasonable prices and fast shipping.

Nice to have choices to address my foot issues.

Feet shrunk a bit postpartum and heels were sliding around in the front and back. This helped stabilize my foot and added extra comfort to the pad, and now I can wear the shoes more than I ever did before. Very easy to adjust on the shoe, and they stick again after you do move them.

Does nothing for you other leave you out of its cost.

Die Fersenpolster haben eine super Qualität. Sie sind sehr weich. Lassen sich auch gut lösen und wieder hinkleben wenn man sie falsch geklebt hat. Zur Schmerzlinderung kann ich wenig sagen. Habe Sie für ein paar Schuhe verwendet, die mir ein klein bisschen zu groß waren.
